Our search also involves the internet, head hunting, job fairs and network referrals from various Chamber of
Commerce’s and organizations that we are affiliated with.

All applications are evaluated, rated and ranked by skills & experience.

We conduct an extensive interview, including specialized technical questions and questions
regarding “soft skills”.

All references are verified and validated for education and employment history.

Background and security checks are available upon request

We will maintain complete communications with the client throughout the entire search process and up to sixty days after
the candidate commences employment.

We offer a sixty day guarantee on all Non-exclusive contingency searches and a sixty day guarantee on all Exclusive
contingency searches.
