  • We will evaluate our client’s employment needs, the job description, company environment and the specific requirements as defined by the hiring manager.
  • Based on the clients needs we will create a candidate profile that will be entered into our existing database of thousands of prequalified candidates for possible matches.
  • Our search also involves the internet, head hunting, job fairs and network referrals from various Chamber of Commerce’s and organizations that we are affiliated with.
  • All applications are evaluated, rated and ranked by skills & experience.
  • We conduct an extensive interview, including specialized technical questions and questions regarding “soft skills”.
  • All references are verified and validated for education and employment history.
  • Background and security checks are available upon request
  • We will maintain complete communications with the client throughout the entire search process and up to sixty days after the candidate commences employment.
  • We offer a sixty day guarantee on all Non-exclusive contingency searches and a sixty day guarantee on all Exclusive contingency searches.
